Shipping & Returns
Packages will ship via USPS Priority Mail unless arrangements are made prior to order. Priority Mail typically delivers in 1-3 days. If you have a FedEx, UPS or DHL account number that you would like to use, choose the ‘Customer Shipping Account’ option and add in the account number into the order notes. Normal UPS/FedEx delivery is scheduled for 2nd Day unless other delivery speed is included. For Next Day delivery, please send an email to sales@autocuttersupply.com to confirm stock is available and pickup timing can be met.
For international customers, please use the ‘Customer Shipping Account’ option above.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of the same part number. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it with proof of purchase.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and be in original packaging or at least packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
